Before founding Torrence Law Office, LLC, Ms. Torrence was an attorney at a boutique real estate law firm and was on the legal team of lease negotiators and attorneys of an international property management and development company, where in each instance she worked on many aspects of commercial property transactions.
Ms. Torrence has fourteen (14) years of experience as a legal professional in the real estate industry and has represented Landlords and Tenants in hundreds of leasing transactions. Ms. Torrence has also been Acting General Counsel for a real estate management company and an associate at a boutique Employment Law litigation law firm.
As an employment law associate, Ms. Torrence played an integral role in seeing that justice is served in several Title VII sexual harassment and workplace discrimination litigation cases.
Ms. Torrence was awarded the Martindale-Hubbell® Client Distinction Award for 2013.
