Richard is fantastic. As a fellow attorney I can highly recommend his services - he is conscientious, thorough, and a strong advocate for his clients. In addition, I also know a former client of his wherein Richard provided outstanding services in a very difficult matter. If I know of someone who needs a Bankruptcy attorney in Maryland, I always give them Richard's contact information.

    issued in MD, 2014

Richard’s comment: “I have represented thousands of clients successfully in bankruptcy cases. This case involved a complaint by someone who had not made a mortgage payment for over 4 years during the time that I represented him. We tried a loan modification in 2009 and two chapter 13 bankruptcy cases. He claimed we did not tell him that he needed to make the mortgage payments during the case and other things. I took a letter reprimand rather than go to court. I should have fought this in Court.”
