Biography
Mr. Gnocchi started his career working for a medium-sized firm in Rockville, Maryland with a busy personal injury practice. He also had early exposure to criminal defense work, having interned with the Department of Justice and a boutique law firm dedicated to high-level criminal cases during his law school training. Mr. Gnocchi also served as an Assistant State's Attorney in Baltimore City, where he handled the hectic criminal and traffic dockets of that jurisdiction.
After starting his own practice in 2009, Mr. Gnocchi has continued working in both fields. He has recovered hundreds of thousands of dollars for his seriously injured clients, while successfully defending the wrongfully accused in criminal cases ranging from DUI to Rape and First Degree Murder. Mr. Gnocchi has focused on continuing to develop his professional skills through practice and training. He has attended specialized seminars in DUI defense, defending against allegations of sexual abuse and assault, and the immigration consequences of criminal convictions to name a few.
Mr. Gnocchi is one of the few attorneys who maintains and active criminal defense practice in both Maryland and the District of Columbia. Mr. Gnocchi was born in Puerto Rico and is a native Spanish-speaker.
