About Me

As an attorney, I am committed to providing the highest quality representation to my clients in a professional, highly competent, effective, and accountable manner.  I have substantial litigation and trial experience, providing sound and effective representation and general consultation to individuals and businesses. I also provide educational presentations to legal, health care and other students and professionals on topics relating to risk management, informed consent, health care ethics, patient rights and responsibilities, preventing, prosecuting and defending lawsuits and claims, charting and documentation, responding to subpoenas, and preparing witnesses for deposition and trial appearances.  I am in the process now of developing a civil mediation practice as well.
