Joy was compassionate and easy to talk to about my situation. She provided logical and sound advice and guided me through the process step-by-step. Whatever I did not understand, she took the time to clearly explain it to me with dignity and respect.
Joy Robinson is a very knowledgeable and experienced attorney and, as a result, she made the legal process much easier to understand. Throughout the process, it was evident that she was concerned about my unique situation and well being. My situation is that I'm going through both a foreclosure and bankruptcy at the same time and she has been very helpful in explaining to me how both of those processes would impact each other. As a result of my situation, I had a lot of questions and she was very patient in addressing them. In addition, she is very personable and friendly and that, of course, made it easy to communicate with her. In summary, working with Ms. Robinson has been a very positive experience and I highly recommend her.
Joy is knowledgeable, skillful and determined. Even my opponents compliment her efforts. I personally hired her to do 2 Chapt 13 bankruptcies and 5 loan modifications. Both of us are more than happy with the results. I refer her to as many friends, clients and acquaintances as I can. Not many professionals today have the ethics Joy brings to her work. She obviously answers to a higher power. I unconditionally recommend her. She is not cheap - she knows her value, but she is worth every cent. Now that I have seen the results, I think her prices are more than fair for the product she delivers. Joy is a joy. She even encouraged me in my personal life - PRICELESS
I think Ms. Robinson was sent to me from God. I had prayed and asked God for help for months before I looked on the Internet and her named popped up. The quality of my life, finances, and overall peace has been purposeful since I retained her. The phone calls stopped, I was able to make repairs on the house, and I no longer have a second mortgage that I shouldn't have had in the first place.
