Mr. Silberman was extremely helpful in negotiating a settlement for me. He kept me in the loop throughout and worked out an agreement that was beneficial to everyone.

IT saddens me to say this, because Mr. Silberman did work hard and was successful obtaining my social security to support a Breast Cancer Diagnosis. A few years later, I was told I could return to work and still collect SS disability not to exceed a certain time frame. I did receive a SS overpayment and consulted Mr. Silberman who advised me to complete the proper paperwork and fax this to his office. I did this, after confirming office receipt, I wasn't worried thinking he would take care of it. It was never taken care of. Needless to say, it has now been reported to the Credit Bureau and I will not be able to send my Straight A Honor son off to college.

Mr. Silberman did everything he could for me and my case came out positive.

Mr Silberman is a very professional and Knowledgeable lawyer, he's kind and caring. his brilliant mind is honed for success. He help me receive Social Security Disability and also won the SSI claim. Mr. Silberman is GREAT! We went in the court room, he asked me questions before the judge about my disability, the judge had a few too. We came out, immediatly Mr. Silberman told me "you got it". I cried. I said how do you know he said if I didn't the judge would ask his assistant to "research the diasability" and the judge didn't do that. Mr. Silberman still helps me today just this month he told me how to get full benefits and not partial and it hppened so quick, just a statment by me and the persom I pay rent to and SSI said you'll get your raise in 2 months!
