About Me

I focus my practice in the areas of elder law, estate planning and probate matters, while also handling estate litigation cases as well.  As part of my practice, I help people accomplish their estate planning goals, helps people protect and preserve their assets for the future, assist seniors in nursing homes qualify for Long-term Care Medicaid, and represent those involved in guardianships proceedings.  In addition to my elder law/estate planning practice, I also represent physicians in a wide array of legal matters, including employment contract review and negotiations.
