Mitchell, J., of grand larceny and possession of controlled paraphernalia, and they appealed separately. The Court of Special Appeals, Moylan, J., considered the appeals together and held that absence of defendants from portion of suppression hearing was reversible error. Reversed and remanded for new trial.
