Mr. Pilcher provides expert legal representation in U.S. immigration law to an international clientele.  His specialities include asylum, family-based immigration, adjustment of status, waivers of inadmissibility, and deportation/removal defense.

Mr. Pilcher is a frequent lecturer at Washington, DC-area law schools, law firms, nonprofit agencies, and bar associations.  He is an adjunct professor at George Washington University School of Law, where he teaches a course on refugee and asylum law.  Mr. Pilcher is member of the American Immigration Lawyers' Association and has been a Board Member of the Capital Area Immigrants' Rights Coaltion (CAIR Coaltion) since 2006.
