He described another clients' personal details specifically enough that the clients was recognizeable. He also billed as legal services emails promoting additional wor...k for his firm. He may indeed have the achievements in his past career that he is proud of and would justify a very high hourly rate, but he no longer had a grasp on professional responsibilities.
