About Me

I represent individuals and businesses in federal and state commercial litigation matters, including antitrust, class action, business tort, and breach of contract cases. I am a founding partner of the law firm of Kotchen & Low LLP based in Washington, DC.

I was born in Lawrence, Kansas, and am a proud fan of the Kansas Jayhawks.  Between college and law school, I lectured at Chiang Mai University in Northern Thailand, where I attained fluency in Thai and published a textbook.
