Scott Oswald, with his colleague, Jason Zuckerman, recently presented a discussion on Whistleblower laws for the Bar Association of Montgomery County, Maryland. I found Scott's presentation to be very informative, even for the more experienced bar members. More importantly, I found Scott had the one trait, necessary for an outstanding litigator. He had the ability to discuss complex subjects in simple terms. He can do so without belaboring a point, which I suspect is why several juries have found his closing arguments compelling.
