I focus upon (a) commercial,  and to a lesser extent personal, bankruptcies and loan and lease workouts; (b) commercial, and to a lesser extent residential, real estate tranactions; and (c) asset protection planning.  Although I can certainly litigate as and when necessary, I focus upon negotiating workouts.
