I was first referred to Attorney Loide Jorge by a friend who had previously worked with her. My first impression of her was that she was very organized, resourceful and very knowledgeable about immigration law. When my wife and I met Loide, my case was denied. Loide took my case and I got my green card after 3 months. 3 years after I received my green card, she helped me again with my citizenship. Overall Ms. Jorge was a pertinent point in this case. we hit a few snags at first towards the beginning with miscommunication and getting things together on time/properly which was making the process a bit more arduous for both parties. As the case progressed, it seemed as if all options and avenues were exhausted and we were really just playing a patient waiting game hoping that things would go in our favor. Ms. Jorge the entire time didn't lay to rest and made sure to stay on top of all situations so that no matter what was to happen, we would always be ready, even for the worst. After many calls, letters, discussions and negotiations, and a few strokes of luck, everything culminated positively, and we were able to move swiftly through the case, as things worked themselves out. A great job, I would absolutely recommend her to others in the same situation.

Prior to our first meeting with Loide Jorge, my husband and I had met with several other attorneys that told us we had no chance in getting a favorable decision for a green card. According to them, our situation was too complicated and the timeline to organize a case was too short. No one seemed interested in taking us on as clients and those that did didn’t seem confident at all. We were starting to collapse under the weight of it all, when we received Loide’s contact information.

Ms. Jorge was contacted about a stroke victim, whose medical care was in jeopardy because he was being denied his Social Security benefits, which included Medicare. The client's Social Security was being denied because of his immigration status. The client had an old residency card that needed to be replaced.
