Biography
I have spent my entire career in Sussex County in the practice of Criminal Law. I was admitted in 1977 and prosecuted criminal cases for the State of Delaware for almost 10 years (7 years as the Chief Prosecutor). I have been in private practice since 1987 and, while we don't hold ourselves out as experts or specialists in the Delaware Bar, fully 100% of my practice is devoted to criminal defense. Approximately 60 % of my practice is DUI and drug offenses with the other 40% covering everything from minor traffic offenses to Murder. Remember, "Experience is your best defense"
