I have used Joshua's services for several issues and have one still pending but have no doubt that it will be resolved as expediently as the prior issues. First I had an issue with local law enforcement not willing to sign for an NFA device and he quickly put that issue to rest by constructing a NFA Firearms Trust for me. Secondly he had charges expunged from my record that were erroneously filed by the PA Game Commission. Had I known Joshua at the time of the incident there is a very good chance charges would never have been filed in the first place. And currently Joshua is helping me resolve an NFA Weapon Transfer that has "Gone Bad". I was getting nowhere with the issue until Joshua stepped in and now we are moving into the final stages. I can not speak highly enough about Joshua and his staff. They are professional and thorough and will get you the results you deserve.

Josh is a top notch firearms law attorney. He doesn't come cheap and is worth every penny that he charges. Know that firearms litigation takes time and it is a grueling process that requires expert litigation. For that process, it also takes a good bit of money due to the extensiveness of the process. Josh has gotten many people their firearms rights that were once gone with the wind. He is a good ole Pennsylvania boy that is a true believer in the constitution and civil rights. He is an american flag flying, don't tread on me type of guy that you can sit down and have a great conversation with. He is also very busy and has a heavy caseload, but you would never know that because he treats you as his only case. I was a client of his and I will be a client again down the road with some unfinished business. If you need a firearms attorney that has your best interest at heart, he is your man.

I initially consulted with Joshua Prince regarding a LTCF application and subsequently with a PICS challenge. He is extremely educated on firearms law and their processes. After an initial PICS denial Josh and his staff thoroughly guided me through the PICS challenge process and my denial was ultimately reversed. ALL of my contact with this firm was very timely and professional.
My fees for this process were also handled in such a reasonable manner that it is evident that Josh and his firm are ethical and it's not just about the money...results, rights and integrity matter to them as well. Highly informative, efficient, professional and more than fair.

I contacted Joshua for help with my PICS appeal. He was a great help. From our first meeting it was obvious that he knew how to advise me and keep me from falling into some of the hidden pitfalls that I might have gotten into with out his help. I was interested to know that the PICS system is far from fool-proof. He treated me with respect and advised me on the steps to take to overcome the potential problem. He took care of writing the appeal and presented it to the Firearms Department of the Pennsylvania State Police on my behalf. The response back was quick and in my favor!
If you have been turned down the purchase of a firearm and you feel that your second amendment rights have been wrongly denied, don't just let it happen to you. Fight for your rights! For knowledgeable responsive representation I would highly recommend Joshua Prince and his legal team as your council.

I retained Mr. Prince to represent me in an appeal for a LTCF due to a PICS denial by the State Police. I could not be happier with the results. He is a true professional that is passionate about firearms law.

I previously left a negative review on Joshua Prince because of a billing conflict over services I had hired him to preform a couple months ago. Since then we have resolved our issue. Thanks Josh!

I originally spoke to Mr. Prince secretary and was told that If I wanted to speak to Mr Prince that I would have to leave a $200 deposit and if I retained Mr. Prince as my attorney that the $200 would be credited towards any future legal assistance that Mr. Prince will provide. Upon speaking to Mr. Prince, he was confident that I had a strong case and asked me to send him a retainer of an additional of $2500. Mr. Prince sent me a contract stating that I would receive a statement of any charges MONTHLY which I did not. After Mr Prince wrote 3 total letters and spoke to the ATF agent, Mr Prince told me my case was not that strong and told me to think about canceling my application to the ATF. I told Mr Prince to cancel the application. Out of the $2700 escrow Mr. Prince refunded $662.64. Mr Prince thought that it was fair to charge me $2037.36 for 3 letters sent. If Mr. Prince sent me monthly statements as stated in his contract, I would of terminated his legal assistance immediately. I only received one statement with a bill of $300. If your considering this lawyers legal assistance, good luck.

After trying for a year with a different attorney to get both a firearm purchase and LTCF permit renewal denial by the PA State Police reversed, due to insufficient and erroneous information on the PA PIC System, a friend and NRA member suggested I contact Mr Prince for help in resolving the problem.
Following a conversation with Mr. Prince on how to proceed, and by following his advice, within about a month my LTCF permit was renewed and I'm now looking forward to my next firearm purchase.
Mr. Prince never recommended any expensive legal action and was upfront about any fees that might occur if further legal action on my denials was required.
The Prince Law Firm staff were also very friendly and punctual in answering both phone and email correspondence about my case.
I would certainly recommend Joshua Prince and the Prince Law Firm to anyone who is having a 2nd Amendment or firearm legal problem.

Joshua Prince is hands down the best Firearms attorney in the state of PA. I applied for a license to carry a firearm in Monroe County PA. I was denied by the Sheriff due to a PICS denial for a felony conviction in 1995 in NY. I challenged the denial because i received a certificate of relief of disabilities from NY (which restores all your right). I sent in the challenge form and the denial was reversed by Pennsylvania State Police stating that my "recent PICS background check has resulted in a finding that you are not prohibited from the license to carry a firearm". I went back to the Sheriff office and reapplied for my license. I was denied again. This time the letter stated" Applicants actions or behavior in the past, have been deemed that he or she may be likely to act in a manner dangerous to public safety".
I contacted Joshua Prince with about 10 days left to Appeal the denial. He advised me that there were several issues we had grounds to appeal on. He said we had some time to contact the Sheriff attorney to see if we could get this resolved without filing an appeal, which would of saved me money and time. Most lawyers are in it for the money so I was surprised when he even offered to go that route. The Sheriff refused to resolve it so we proceeded with the appeal. Joshua put together a 27 page appeal that was so in depth I thought he was submitting it the US Supreme Court. I mean he hit it from all angles from 2nd amendment violations, due process violation, he argued that the sheriff waived his right to deny me for character issues because he had the chance to do it on the first denial letter. I was very impressed with the way Joshua handled my case. About a month ago Joshua called to advise me that the Sheriff decided to issue me a LTCF. I was very happy we were able to resolve this matter without going to trial.
Joshua is very knowledgable and experienced in firearms law and I would recommend him to anyone in need of a firearms attorney . He answered all my emails promptly, even when he was out of town. He worked with me as far as the retainer and payments. He never called me asking about money even when I was running a little late on a payment. Most lawyers are money hungry sharks who take your money and know you don't stand a chance to win your case. With Joshua you feel like your personal friend is handling your cases..... Thanks Josh for a wonderful job
