David Michael Manilla

Attorney David M. Manilla is a nationally recognized instructor in breath, blood, urine, chemical analysis, drug recognition, phlebotomy and physical testing for sobriety. He has successfully defended Driving Under the Influence cases within Pennsylvania, and throughout the United States for many years, and has lectured at state and national levels on same.
