Patricia helped me through an emotional divorce (is there another kind?) and was exactly the right combination of kind and understanding and focused on the facts and tasks at hand. She also rewrote my will including a living will and was great for that as well. Highly recommend her.
Patricia has been my lawyer for over 10 years. She prepared my will, guided me and my ex-wife through a divorce and arranged deed transfer of three properties. Additionally, when I needed commercial legal advice she pointed me in the right direction. I am very glad that I have Patti to turn to for personal legal matters.
Patricia Brennan helped me through a very difficult divorce and provided everything that I needed when I most needed it. She was respectful and professional and was able to help me separate the emotional turmoil that I was going through from the things that I needed to accomplish to make certain that my future was secure and that I could start over again in the best possible situation.
Patricia Brennan helped guide me through not only the legal aspects of probating two estates, but also the emotional difficulties associated with the loss of loved ones. I lost both my parents within six weeks of each other and both were unexpected and intestate. I had two siblings that I needed to work with, but at the same time had a life and had to balance that with becoming the administrator of both estates and, of course, function while I grieved. She was respectful at the same time professional, and was always willing to work with me regarding difficult family or a sensitive situation. She and Elaine in her office were always courteous and helpful, from timely filings to a glass of water, or even a moment. They were very effective and knowledgeable regarding every last detail of estate probate. I could not have navigated the legal aspects of probate on my own and am extremely grateful that I happened to meet Patti. I am planning to follow up with our estate planning with her as well. I would definitely recommend Patti to a friend.
When my parents (in their 80's) moved from GA to PA, their financial advisor recommended Patricia Brennan to them to update their wills and define their wishes for their care and financial plans. Patricia was extremely patient and answered their many questions with great empathy for the changes affecting their lives in their later years. After they both passed, Patricia was most helpful to me as executor of their estate. I would highly recommend her for any legal needs.
I first met Patti while in law school, and have known her for more than 30 years. Patti has drafted wills and other legal documents for my cousin, neighbors, and brother; all documents were prepared accurately and in a timely manner. When my brother became critically ill, I asked Patti to draft a will for him, and she did so in a matter of hours. With Patti's professional advice and guidance, I was able to effectively execute the terms of his will. I feel very confident in referring clients to Patti because of her experience, vast knowledge of the law, and ability to explain complicated legal matters in concise, easy-to-understand language. I will continue to recommend Patti to those in need of legal advice because of her commitment to her clients, and the kind, patient and professional manner in which she treats them.
Patty was recommended to me by a friend and I turned to Patty to handle my divorce. My husband at the time was quite difficult but Patty handled him expertly and all went smoothly. Ten years later, I asked Patty to advise me on a prenuptial agreement for my second marriage. Patty patiently went through it with me line by line, explaining every detail in ways I could understand until I felt completely confident about what I was signing. I have recommended Patty to a friend and would not hesitate to do so in the future.
