I help both individuals and small/medium-sized businesses with
employment law issues including reviewing, drafting, and advising
clients on employment contracts, restrictive covenants, and severance
agreements; helping to reduce discrimination and wrongful discharge
claims by making sure clients are in compliance with federal, state, and
local laws and regulations, reviewing/updating employee handbooks,
advising on personnel issues, and assisting with on-site personnel
training; representing clients in front of state and federal agencies;
litigating unemployment compensation matters; and, if necessary,
litigating employment discrimination and other employment claims in
I also assist individuals and businesses with their contract needs, including reviewing, drafting, and negotiating contracts and, when necessary, litigating contract disputes. I also enjoy helping clients in the entertainment industry who need advice regarding their contracts, assistance with contract negotiation/formation, or who require representation in court.
In my free time, I enjoy training in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
