"Insurance carriers defending medical malpractice cases typically spare no expense and use only very skilled and experienced attorneys. Prosecuting these cases successfully involves a huge investment of time, effort and energy. I'm very fortunate to have an incredible support team behind me each time I walk into a courtroom," Mr. Weiss said recently. "By the end of a trial, regardless of the outcome, it feels good to know I've been in there fighting for someone who needed a strong advocate, typically someone who has suffered the death of a loved one, or a serious, permanent disability." Mr. Weiss obtained a B.S. in Psychology from Syracuse University, and a Juris Doctor degree from Villanova Law School .
Pursuing a medical malpractice claim is often complicated, difficult, and expensive. We believe that in order to maintain the expertise needed to be consistently successful, we must focus 100% of our professional time on handling medical malpractice cases only. We have therefore chosen to completely limit our legal practice to representing people who have been severely injured or killed as a result of medical neglect.
It’s important that we know our medicine. That’s why in addition to an extensive network of medical experts to choose from, we have a physician on staff. Obtaining justice should not depend on whether a person has the financial resources to bring a lawsuit. We therefore investigate claims at our own expense, and our clients are not responsible for costs or legal fees unless we recover money for them.
