    If you cannot work things out with your current lawyer it is your right to find a new one. Since the accident happened in Ohio I would suggest you find a new one there.

    An offer can be withdrawn at any time prior to its being accepted. As far as UM/UIM, most Pennsylvania policies do not cover property damage, though it would not hurt to ask your insurance agent or insurance company. I would definitely go after U-Haul and the driver in small claims court. Good luck!

    I would be really upset and angry if this happened to me. Unfortunately, there are many things in life that are upsetting and make us angry but court is not a good option. This is one of them. I do not believe you will be successful in a lawsuit.
