I recently received a traffic ticket and was looking at 3 points on my otherwise clean driving record. Not knowing what else to do, I was going to plead guilty, accept the points and pay the fine. I didn't want to go to court and fight it by myself. Then I got a letter in the mail from Ellis Klein. I called his office, left a message, and much to my surprise he returned my call a couple of hours later.
He said he could probably get the charge
reduced so I wouldn't have any points that would affect my insurance rates. He also said that if he couldn't eliminate the points, he would waive his fee.
The court date came and he really came through. Mr. Klein talked to the officer and he agreed to reduce the charge to a lesser offense so it wouldn't affect my insurance rate.
If I ever need another lawyer again, I would definitely hire Mr. Ellis. I highly recommend him.

I received a DUI with 3rd tier punishments. Mr. Klein wrote me a plan of what to do to get ready for court and get me ready for ARD. I was denied at first, but Mr. Klein kept pushing and got the courts to reconsider and accept me into the program. He saved my record and I'm very thankful. I would highly suggest him he's honest, fair, and overall great lawyer.

Ellis reduced my citation (75mph in a 40mph zone) from five points and a departmental hearing, plus possible license suspension to a zero points, non-moving violation!! He guaranteed a reduction in points or my money back! I couldn't be happier with the outcome!

I was charged with a tier 2 DUI in Pennsylvania (I live in NJ) and was denied ARD. This was my first experience with being charged with anything and arrested, so as you can imagine, I was quite unnerved about the entire experience. From the onset of retaining Mr. Klein as my attorney, he kept me well-informed through the entire process. This was a major factor in gaining my trust and boosted my confidence in retaining him as my lawyer. Additionally, he suggested I attend AA meetings and obtain letters of character reference. Because of his suggestions along with his knowledge and experience of the law, I was granted ARD and I did NOT lose my NJ license. Furthermore, his assistant Lindsey complements his practice well. She kept me in "the loop" and expeditiously answered any questions I may have had regarding my case. I highly recommend Ellis Klein to anyone who has been charged with a DUI--he is professional, personable and knowledgeable of Pennsylvania and New Jersey laws, but most of all his years of experience in the field make him the first choice for a DUI attorney. If you want to have a positive outcome with the best results, I suggest retaining Ellis Klein as your DUI lawyer.

Back in April I earned myself a speeding ticket worth $199.50 and 4 points. I decided to take it to court-my main concern was the points. I googled attorney's and called a few, most wanted outrageous amounts of money. Ellis Klein was the last number I called. He was personable, reasonably priced, and told me that he thought he would have no problem getting rid of the points. We met at court and not only did he rid me of points, he got the case thrown out completely. The hefty fine I paid was refunded to me. I could not have asked for a better outcome. I hope I do not need any future legal services, but if I do I have his card handy.

Having made a few horrible decisions, I found myself in need of legal support. As a result of drinking and driving(2 arrests/10 years apart), my career and livelihood were in jeopardy. I interviewed 3 different attorneys and each had a different "vibe" and approach to my situation. Ellis was, hands-down, the best attorney for my case. He was interested in listening to my needs and providing me the best approach to achieving the appropriate result. He was honest with me as we made every effort to provide the DA with a reason to work with me and the charges. Ellis continued to remind me that the chances were slim, but he supported me in the effort. Sure enough, the DA was not willing to work with me, but the efforts were excellent reflection points. At trial, the material gathered was enough to get some flexibility from the Judge. The mandatory minimum sentence is absolutely adhered to, but the flexibility allowed me to move some things in my life around. Ellis's efforts borrowed me the necessary time and the flexibility gained from the courts may very well have saved my career. The reflection process leading up to the trial, guided by Mr. Klein will always be a valuable life lesson that I will look back on with great appreciation. I am not proud that I made the mistakes that I have made, however, I am grateful of the opportunities that remain available in the future. I can attest that Mr. Klein helped tremendously during what was one of the most painful and terrifying experiences in my life. Thank you very Much, Ellis.
Tip: He is not a cliche' attorney. He shows compassion and E-mail responses are unbelievably prompt!

I had retained Ellis Klein after having met a couple of attorneys practicing DUI related offences. He was undoubtedly the most knowledgeable among them. He instills confidence in his clients and works very hard for them.
He heard me out patiently and explained me the whole process. Communicating with him was never any problem since he always answered my calls and emails. I was always kept informed about everything that was going on at every step of the way.
Initially my ARD petition was denied but Ellis requested a review and convinced the concerned ADA to reverse the decision.
With Ellis Klein you can be confident that you are in good hands.

After getting a DUI in Bucks County, I called Ellis the following day. The first lawyer I tried calling practically dismissed my phone call, but Ellis took the time to explain to me what was going on, and how the process works. He did this in an honest manner, keeping me optimistic, but still realistic.
Along the way he patiently guided me through the courts and the ARD process. He was very responsive to my emails and phone calls, as I had many questions about what was going on. I may have been a bit overzealous, but I never sensed any frustration from him.
I initially got denied ARD, but luckily I had Ellis on my side. He assisted me in putting reconsideration materials, and he aggressively pursued reconsideration, and ultimately we were successful. In the days leading up to the reconsideration decision and the ARD court date, his correspondence was second to none, even informing me of my success well into the evening on a weeknight.
Because of Ellis, I avoided jail time, a criminal record, and more. I am extremely grateful. Thanks Ellis.

Simply put, excellent job. Able to coach a client for the long term and assist the client to best represent what they have done in making "life changes" to prevent further instances and to acknowledge in front of the judge their personal mistakes. Very good in assisting the client to be their own advocate and not a victim of other's actions.

Coming to Mr. Klein facing 5 felonies and 5 misdemeanors, my tale was between my legs. I hadn't a clue as to the potential outcome of these charges. Not once did Mr. Klein give me false hope. He never once patted my back and told me that 'it will all be ok'. However, he did tell me that he would do anything and everything in his power to secure my freedom. He remained true to his word. Mr. Klein gave my family and I courage. Gave us hope. Gave us strength. Mr. Klein is true gentleman and one hell of an attorney.
Mr. Klein, if you happen to read this - thank you. Sincerely, thank you.
