    Your recovery in any personal injury case, will be determined by the seriousness of the injury, incurred medical expenses, forseeable future medical expenses, lost wages, potential future lost wages and any past, present, or future pain and suffering.

    In this type of situation, it is advisable to seek the advice of council. A compadent attorney will ensure that all legal remmedies are explored to the injuries recieved. It appears that your husband has suffered greatly as a result of this abuse and that he could perhaps benefit from addressing the situation.
