    Excellent Experience

Reading the 2 reviews listed, I wonder if they had the same attorney! I guess all divorces are painful and mine was not an exception but he handled my divorce with compassion, dignity and objectivity. He was more like a trusted adviser rather than a lawyer, always explaining my options and possible outcomes. He's not a "killer shark" - he's more like a cool headed individual but I always knew he was in there fighting for me.

My ex hired a big city lawyer from Philadelphia and she paid through the nose for her services. Mike was there when I needed him and in the end I paid a fraction of what my ex paid in legal fees.

    Raffaele

One of the worst decisions of my life which I will regret till the day I die! A well-intended (lawyer) friend recommended Raffaele for my divorce and instead of interviewing some of his former clients I stupidly hired him flat out. Perhaps it was the “Super Lawyer” awards that hooked me. In any case the entire process became a war of attrition with me losing my shirt. That’s how he works. To add insult to injury, Raffaele becomes aggressive, sour, and occasionally downright nasty. As it turns out this is a common theme. If this were an employee I would have fired him. Should have dropped him I suppose but I thought it would be too costly to start over with another lawyer. In the end I realized that I lost twice as much in the Settlement as I would have spent for a new lawyer.
Save yourself the hassle and hire someone less expensive and more respectful/responsible. But if you decide to go with Raffaele you should be prepared for a long horrible process in which you will not be heard.

    Divorce decision

Mr. Raffael completely ignored facts in my divorce case and gave a very biased decision in favor of my (ex) husband. On some points he had to jump through hoops to ignore the divorce code of Pa. For instance, he gave (me) a disabled house-wife with no earning capacity whatsoever both Mortgages totalling $4,000. per month-( in spite of my asking that the house be sold and split ), and inadequate child-support and alimony ($1100. per month) with which to pay them. Lucky for my multi-millionaire ex-husband, huh?
