Andrew handled my motor vehicle collision case in 2010. He was prompt and attentive. He also helped me handle the difficult issues with Medicare that arose due to my age.

He doesn't even use e-mail everything through the post office. we had a master to protect our conpany for over a year. and he couldn't get us to court. couldn't get us to a deposition. Nothing and the only meetings we had were for him to collect money. Which he is holding about $7,000 of ours that he won't give back. Totally unresponsive to calls. could care less about us. When we left him he was shocked said how could we do this to him.

Mr. Edelberg is very knowledgeable and personable. He is a wonderful attorney and comes highly recommended in my book!

This comment was posted by Tina Angelo and/or Dan Flamminio after,several years of being involved in a,diffocult case fo try and cease a business relationship they had with a former business partner. The clients were highly contacted, copied on all correspondence, faxed all documents, billed appropriately, and were spoken too often on a daily and weekly basis. They neglected to mention that I refunded half of their final retainer monies, copied their file which was mssive free of charge,vuneered costs and time pro bono for their continual landlord tenant disputes. They were dissatisfied ssathe courts and the special party appointed to assist them despite dozens of hours of free time poured into their case.
They havbeen my onldissatisfied client in this forum. I am holding none of thrir money . They continue to personally attack me in their posting borrdering on defamatory comments. Not to mention that after,years of representing them and helping their bankruptcy attorney, they terminated me without a telephone call or personal contact and a new attorney tool the case,who has taken other cased from me before and. Is involved in a family matter.
Probably the most diffocult unappreciative clients I have handled in fifteen years. I always had email but asked them to communicate in faces and letters so I could have their original or copied signatures to all,documents because of their unreasonable requests.
