Mr. DeLiberty is incredibly knowledgeable and professional, but remarkably down to earth and approachable. He's been very helpful with my legal issue by giving me facts and information, as well as by showing that he genuinely cares about his clients and their issues. I've spoken with a number of attorneys in Philadelphia about my issue, and Mr. DeLiberty has been by far my top choice. If you have any legal issues you need handled and want an expert lawyer who will make you feel comfortable and hopeful, you should definitely look into Mr. DeLiberty.

I received a certified letter that a debt collector was suing me for an account they bought from a credit card company. I found Avvo when I was doing a search on the internet for legal information about debt collectors. That was how I found Attorney DeLiberty. I can’t even begin to tell you about Attorney DeLiberty. He had no hesitation to offer his help even when it was apparent that I had no way to pay for his services. I was under so much stress that it was affecting me not only physically but mentally. I reached a point that if the stress continued for much longer I was not certain I would survive this. He managed to have the collector drop the complaint and he is continuing to help me with possible violations of the Fair Debt Credit Act. You can’t possibly go wrong with this attorney!!!!!!!

Mr. Deliberty handled the solution to my debit in an effective and time efficient manor. As a working professional, it becomes arduous to handle work and intrusive debit collectors. My only regret is that I did not hire him sooner! Attorney DeLiberty provided fast and affordable legal services, and got me a result I was very happy with. I was in a difficult situation with a creditor, with very little leverage. I did not want to declare bankruptcy, something some other attorneys wanted to push on me right away. With his knowledge of the debt collection world, Attorney DeLiberty was able to help me reach a settlement, avoid court, and save me literally thousands of dollars. He charged a reasonable fee and put me at ease. Highly recommended for anyone with debt collection issues.

We were battling a used car dealership over a faulty vehicle. Living in another state made it difficult for us to handle the situation ourselves, and we were getting the run around when we tried to handle it on our own. Daniel was very persistent when the dealership wasn't being cooperative, and his phone calls and personal involvement made all the difference. In addition, he always kept us up to date on any progress he'd made, and he kept us informed. In the end he managed to get us a full refund of the purchase price and we are very happy with the outcome. I would highly recommend him.
