    1st off every lawyer should return a phone call, no one is that busy, you can certainly terminate your lawyer, that is your choice, however, I am sure you signed a fee agreement which will likely address what happens if you do so. My suggestion is try your lawyer again or find one that will return a call. Best of luck.

    If you have a lawyer this question should be directed at them, as a practical matter the term you are looking for is a withdrawal of your action and/or settle, discontinue and end.
