I was so frustrated and didn't know where to turn after my car was back to the garage again for the sixth time. I decided too look up a lemon law layer, and came across Tim. I clicked on the link and to my surprise the phone was ringing it was Tim. We went over a few things about the problems of the car. And he told me i had a case so I went through with it. The process was very smooth and easy. Today i had a weigh lifted off my shoulders when the car was returned to the dealership where it was purchased two years prior. Tim was able to get the manufacturer to re purchase the car. I was real pleased with Tim & Tracey for they help to get me through this ordeal and i would highly recommend Tim . We contacted Tim on a potential 'Lemon Law' issue for a 2014 SUV. Tim immediately responded that we did, in fact have recourse with the manufacturer. He worked tirelessly to secure a comparable vehicle and always kept us apprised of what was happening and anything we needed to do. Any question we had, he answered, his customer service and professionalism is beyond reproach. He was a true pleasure to work with and did secure a 2015 vehicle, through several negotiations with the manufacturer. He continued to work with us and answer questions we had, even after the fact. Tim was great to work with! We had a recent problem with a brand new 2014 SUV that we leased and had in our possession for about 6 months months. The brakes would sometimes get stuck on while driving, even after you released your foot off the brake. The car would then not allow you to accelerate . In essence, it was as if an emergency brake was stuck on and there was no way to get it off. This happened many times on our brand new car with under 3,000 miles! After we brought the car in numerous times for service repairs, we were still having these brake and acceleration issues. It was a very dangerous and scary problem, especially since the car was a family car, mainly for my wife and baby.
After several attempted fixes by the company, as well as speaking to the car manufacturer's Corporate department ourselves with no resolution, we retained Timothy Abeel to help us and to pursue a claim under the lemon law. Tim was able to get the car manufacturer to settle very QUICKLY, in about 2 weeks after we hired him!! Literally, within days of Tim contacting the car manufacturer, they offered to settle. Days later, we had reached an agreement - we received a full refund for our entire lease, including all fees and lease payments! We were so happy and shocked that it was that easy after all the stress we had for months. Our only wish was that we had contacted Tim sooner!

I contacted Tim about three months ago concerning a long-standing steering/NVH issue with new diesel SUV. The steering wheel had a persistent oscillation at 70mph that could not be cured despite countless tire replacements, alignment and balance jobs, and replacement of many suspension components. This was a replacement vehicle provided by the manufacturer after the first also exhibited this problem. I had been told by a representative that the manufacturer would not consider a repurchase or replacement since they had already done so once.
After spending far too much time and worry getting the first vehicle replaced myself, I decided seek representation. I'm so glad I did. Tim was able to negotiate a refund of every penny spent on the vehicle including purchase price, tax and doc fees, and repair expenses. He communicated clearly via email and telephone calls, allowing this to be taken care of very efficiently. All documentation was transmitted electronically, saving a lot of time and annoyance dealing with faxes and mail. At every step, he clearly advised me of strategy and issues allowing me to make informed decisions.
This manufacturer was particularly difficult and only offered an acceptable settlement the day before a scheduled hearing, ending a 16 month saga. I am certain that I only received the desired outcome through retaining Tim.

Tim was able to help me get money for my car with over 30,000 miles! The engine had to be replaced. Even though my situation didn't fall into the Lemon Law guidelines he was still able to get me a lot of money back for my losses! The process was a piece of cake. Tim took care of everything. Two month old car with just 4000 miles in the shop for an entire month straight without even a definite diagnosis. The mfg and dealer would not even talk compensation until just a few hours after they were contacted by Timothy Abeel . Save yourself the frustration . I am so happy I called this attorney.

I unsuccessfully tried to resolve a consumer complaint with a car manufacturer for five months. I insisted on a replacement vehicle for my problem vehicle. The manufacturer offered me $1500 towards a replacement vehicle or $400 towards an extended warranty.
Frustrated, I contacted Tim via email on a Friday afternoon, day one. He called me within minutes to discuss my case. On day four, Tuesday, I signed my agreement with Tim to represent me. By day 11, Tim successfully had a resolution to my case! The manufacturer agreed to replace my current vehicle with a brand new vehicle. Exactly what I asked for.
