Stuart A. Eisenberg was reinstated to the practice of law in 1998, and has been actively participating in the practice since that date, constituting 35 years of involvement as an attorney. In 2008, Mr. Eisenberg was honored by his appointment as a Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America, Trial Lawyer Honorary Society. In 2008, as well, he was awarded a "Certificate of Appreciation" from the United States Army.
Mr. Eisenberg has maintained his community involvement with his support of Fox Chase Cancer Center, and the Arts, He currently sits as a member of the Alumni Board of The Hun School of Princeton, New Jersey. He is a member of the Bucks County Chamber of Commerce.
The United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, the United States District for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and the Supreme Court of the Commonwalth of Pennsylvania, have all found that Stuart A. Eisenberg is I am morally qualified to practice law.
