About Me

Kellie McGowan practices in Eastburn and Gray, P.C.'s Doylestown, Bucks County office and focuses her practice in the areas of real estate, zoning and land use.  Kellie participates in a broad range of zoning matters, including: securing zoning, subdivision and land development approvals for residential and commercial clients; zoning hearing board appeals; re-zoning petitions for map and text amendments; and substantive and procedural challenges to the validity of zoning ordinances. Kellie has participated in numerous successful appeals to the Pennsylvania Commonwealth Court and Pennsylvania Superior Court.

 In addition to an active zoning practice, Ms. McGowan also handles Pennsylvania and New Jersey residential and commercial real estate matters, including sales and acquisitions, landlord & tenant matters, and easements and declarations.  She actively works with her clients to acheive the best result possible, no matter how large or small the case.
