She is the Person you need on your side.
I first hired Ms Fedrigon in 2006
I utilized Ms Fedrigon's services for my Custody (ongoing) and let me be clear - even though I am her client and my needs do take a priority - she is MOST concerned with my Child's welfare and needs foremost.
Her style is intelligent and aggressive, but most effective!
I do recommend her and I recommend her OFTEN to anyone that needs help.
I trust her with my Families needs.

I met Ms. Fedrigon in 2006 and she handled matters expediently and I was well satisfied with the outcome. She was honest about the chances of successful litigation, potential outcomes, cost and just what was expected of me in court and my obligations. We have since used this firm for many, many other legal concerns and have recommended at least a half dozen of our friends to this practice, all of whom have had similar experiences.
Living in such a small town, it is important to have an attorney well respected by not only the courts but their peers and I am certain Ms. Fedrigon has achieved that respect and admiration. She is trustworthy, honest and a revered attorney in our town.
Ms. Fedrigon was the second attorney I hired to handle custody litigation and while I was unimpressed with the first (billing a lot of hours with very little shown results and work), Kim Fedrigon is quite the opposite. She not only kept me informed of all the on goings for the case, but let me well in advance of any delays, pitfalls or other scenarios which may take more time to litigate.

Told me my case did not take priority when a court appointed therapist said my kid was being abused. Did not return my calls for a week. Did not return my emails for a week. Then didn't address the things we talked about but did just the opposite. Then I emailed her to ask why? She told me she was busy with other cases and I would need to wait. Then charged me for all the time. Overcharged me. Then double charged me for the initial visit that I was told would be $100. I was charged $268. I was then sent a bill that took up all my remaining retainer for work not performed. I have the emails to prove it. If you are a concerned parent as I am, find someone else.
