I have used Brett Riegel for all my legal needs during the last 16 years. My first case involved discrimination and for 3 years Brett gave me guidance before I finally had proceeded with charges. With his vast knowledge of labor law and discrimination, the case was settled out of court and certainly to my favor.
I have also utilized Brett's legal expertise for Wills, POAs, post-nuptial, agreements, and administration of my father's estate, which will be completed shortly. I have continually referred him as an excellent attorney. He has handled cases for my daughter, dealing with child support, as well as defending my grandson. Brett is nothing short of excellent and extremely professional. I highly respect his opinion and consider him extremely honest. He would always state whether something was or was not worth pursuing. He has always been there for me and I wouldn't even consider using anyone else for any legal needs.

I have used him several times in the past 5 years. What amazed me the most is that when you meet with him and explain what your situation is, he really listens and remembers everything you say to him. I found that everything he said to be true with my case, was true. He has helped me and my family in many situations., Great Job! Attorney Riegal.

I received a reference for Attorney Brett Riegel after I was criminally charged in Bucks County, Pennsylvania. The charges were an attempt to take heat off an extremely exclusive gun club whose rich, politically connected members shoot live pigeons for entertainment. My organization's attempts to expose illegal behavior by gun club members put us at odds with the corrupt district attorney and local police. The case against me was made up of outrageous lies, but they nonetheless comprised a very potent legal threat.
Very few lawyers were willing to go against the local "county good old boys." Fortunately, Brett Riegel was an exception, and surely the very best of them. Throughout an approximately six month ordeal, Mr. Riegel never once lost his way on the road to ultimate victory. He always knew what to do, in spite of the district attorney throwing layer after layer of lies and false evidence.
At trial, I sorely wished Pennsylvania allowed cameras, because Mr. Riegel's deconstruction of the prosecution's case would be required viewing for law students. I certainly wasn't the only one who was impressed. Mr. Riegel's conduct and strategy garnered praise from the judge, jurors, and even the prosecutor who lost to Mr. Riegel.
I cannot speak highly enough for the ability of Brett Riegel, and certainly intend to hire him again in any future cases.

Attorney Riegel is a very attentive and smart Attorney. He answered all of my questions and was always available to answer any questions I proposed whether it be through an email, text message, or a call to his office. He did an excellent job in Court on my behalf. He came highly recommended by many people and I would recommend him for sure!

Needed a lawyer immediately. He was right there when I got into trouble and was willing to get me bail if I needed it. He negotiated the felony charge down to two lesser charges. Told me how much it would cost me and is working with me on the bill. It could've been much worse. I still have sentencing to go to but I am hoping he will get me what I need so I can manage the problem without total devastation of life as I know it.

horrible experience with this slug...he is a paper shuffler, except when he is billing you. try to get a response from him is like opening a clam with your fingers only. he never helped to find hidden assets, never attempted to get child support nothing absolutely nothing. divorce is hard enough, but having a slug for a lawyer made my life a living hell. run away as fast and as far as possible from this guy

I would not recommend Brett J. Riegel to anyone. He charged us a lot of $ and did not do a single thing for us. A public defender would have done more. He did not return phone calls, did not keep us updated and when we were finally able to speak to him, he told us we were "pains". The last phone call we had with him, he hung up on us when he didn't like what we had to say. Very unprofessional. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!

I found Brett to be honest and blunt. He was compassionate and listened patiently to my issues. He was quick to act and helped me on the first day I met with him even when I had no money to give him up front. He is aggressive and exactly what I would want in a lawyer. He is very knowledgeable and I am sure intimidating to the opposition. I loved his sense of humor and found it comforting to me due to the sensitive nature of my case. He put me at ease and I am confident he will do all that he can for me. I consider him more than just a lawyer... he is a good friend.
