I was given Bill Anderson's name by someone in my church as I needed someone to draw up POA and Living Will paperwork for my mother who was losing her ability to manage her affairs and had just received a serious medical diagnosis. He was kind and patient, taking the time to explain the process of a POA and the different living will questions to my mother who required more detailed explanations of many terms.
Above all, his price for the two items was reasonable compared to the rates others in the area charge for these items. The POA was not overly wordy and was easy to understand. When I had to show it to another attorney at one point, he said it fit the bill and covered what was necessary, even if my mother should become incapacitated. Another lawyer said their POA's usually are many pages longer, but include sections that may not necessarily cover areas that would have been pertinent to my mother and her care; that's why I appreciated Mr. Anderson's "Reader's Digest" essential version. He included what was necessary for the problem at hand and charged accordingly. I couldn't have asked for more!
