businesses in appearances before municipalities and their boards for zoning
variances, special exceptions, subdivisions and other municipal matters.

practices extensively in issues related to farmland preservation, estate
planning for farm owners and farm families and related agricultural law
issues.  Tim comes from a farm
background.  He serves on the boards of
the Farm & Natural Lands Trust of York County, the Horn Farm Center for Agricultural Education and
the Anderson Agricultural Committee of the York Foundation.
