About Me 

Glenn is a shareholder with CGA Law Firm.  The focus of his practice is litigation, which includes both criminal matters and civil actions such as commercial, construction and consumer disputes, estate disagreements, as well as municipal law.  He advises and represents his clients on a variety of legal issues, including:

 

  • Criminal defense.
  • Commencement and defense of civil actions.
  • Evaluation and assessment of liability exposure.
  • Drafting and preparation of contracts and other legal documents.
  • Negotiations and dispute resolution, including mediation and arbitration.
  • Municipal issues:

-          Application for variances and special exceptions.

-          Compliance with MPC, SALDO and other municipal ordinances and codes.

  • Enforcement and collection of municipal and civil judgements.
  • Real estate acquisition and disputes.
  • Construction and contracting disputes.
  • Landlord and Tenant issues.
  • Compliance with the Consumer Protection Act and Unfair Debt Collection Practices Act.

 

Glenn is a skilled litigator who represents his clients before local and state agencies, administrative tribunals, and the state and federal court systems. Glenn regularly advises clients on both personal and professional issues and has represented and served his clients in an expansive array of legal matters including premises liability actions, construction and warranty issues, real estate disputes, corporate disputes, municipal issues, State Ethics Act violations, and Consumer Protection Act and Unfair Debt Collection Practices Act violations.

 

As a member of the Firm’s municipal section, Glenn also serves as solicitor for both municipalities as well as local and county officers in addition to routinely representing clients before other municipal entities.

 

Formerly, Glenn was an assistant District Attorney for the County of York, as well as a Special Assistant United States Attorney for the Middle District of Pennsylvania. With that experience he assists clients when necessary in navigating through the criminal court system, including county ARD programs.

 

Glenn is also a member of the nationally ranked Roses Rugby Football Club and is the proud father a wonderful little girl. He has been selected by his peers to be a Director of the York County Bar Association and remains active in the community through various non-profit organizations including Rotary International and as a Director of the York County Economic Alliance and YorkArts.
