Mr. Lee has litigated the full spectrum of issues impacting industry clients, including fraud, false advertising, violations of various consumer protection statutes and products liability claims. He handles every aspect of today’s complex cases, from strategic planning through trial and appeal, warding off and defending clients against potential litigation.


Mr. Lee's practice also includes the resolution and litigation of breach of contract, professional liability and licensure defense, with experience in litigation before the Pennsylvania Board of Claims, The Bureau of Professional and Occupational Affairs, as well as appeals taken to administrative boards of review and to the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania.


Mr. Lee has significant experience in criminal justice matters. In addition to private clients, he has served as a court appointed attorney for the Dauphin County Court of Common Pleas, Pennsylvania, since 2005 handling adult and juvenile defense cases.
