Mr. Lee is an attorney with the Harrisburg-based law firm Caldwell & Kearns with whom he has practiced since 2010. Mr. Lee's practice focuses on the resolution and litigation of breach of contract and breach of warranty claims, with a concentration in the area of construction litigation and public procurement law. He handles a wide range of construction related matters for contractors, owners and design professionals, and litigates in federal and state courts and before the Pennsylvania Board of Claims, The Bureau of Professional and Occupational Affairs, as well as appeals taken to administrative boards of review and to the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania. Mr. Lee's practice also involves business transactions, with a concentration in negotiating, drafting and reviewing buy-sell agreements, mergers and acquisitions, contracts for goods and services, commercial leases and sale or purchase of assets. He also has appellate court experience, having argued before the Pennsylvania Supreme Court. He is a graduate of Franklin & Marshall College and earned his J.D. from University of Baltimore School of Law.
He is licensed to appear in all Pennsylvania state and appellate courts. He is also licensed to appear in the Pennsylvania Federal Middle District Court, the Third Circuit Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court of the United States.
