I was referred to Ed by attorney Jason Dunkle. My license was suspended in 2009 for a period of 5 years total. In August 2013, Penndot began my suspension. Leaving my restoration date at 11/2018. 10 year term for a 5 year suspension! I contacted Ed and within minutes he contacted me and told me his plan of action to resolve the matter. His price was to my amazement, as I have worked with several other attorneys previously, extremely low. Matter of fact, the cheapest I have ever hired a lawyer for. Today I was notified that my restoration date is back on track for 2014! I could not be happier with the service Ed provided me. Very prompt in response, even on weekends he would return my call in minutes. The whole matter was resolved in less than a month. I HIGHLY recommend Ed to anyone experiencing issues with your license.

I first hired Ed to help me avoid a license suspension after I was given several traffic tickets. He was successfully able to negotite with the deputy and trooper and I only had to pay a small fine. Then, after having a bad break up with my ex the cops called and said tey wanted to talk to me. I immediately called Ed and he spoke with the chief and assured me that everything would be ok. Ed is a lawyer who.genuinely cares for his.clients and is available to them whenever...even on weekends!

He is a plea bargain lawyer (plea mill) but will not tell you that. If you need a real Trial Lawyer to really look out for your best interests, look elsewhere.
He has recommended that I take every plea the DA throws my way and that is how his contract is structured.
Needless to say, I rejected the plea offers and they get better and better. His advice to take the first one is bad for most cases unless prosecution has a slam dunk. Had I taken the deal, he would have made several thousand dollars and moved onto the next client. In my case, it was the worst advice possible knowing how weak the evidence was. He just wanted a quick check.
He personally told me over a year into the process that he does not like trials! Why did he dodge all of my trial related questions for over a year to take $10k from me?
He does not give straight answers and tries to keep all communication on the telephone so there is no paper trail. Not to be trusted.
AVOID unless you want to pay big Trial Lawyer money to a guy that tries to convince you to plea guilty without even trying to get you the best deal, or in my case, get my case thrown out.

Took the time to talk to me about all my options, and went the extra mile to find out what could be done in my traffic violation case.

I used Ed for my second DUI. Had it reduced to traffic tickets only with no jail or license suspension. Reasonable fees too!
