Tim is an excellent lawyer and he was able to get my DUI charges reduced to a traffic ticket. I'm a school teacher so a DUI could have really effected my tenure. I'm glad I spent the money on hiring Tim.

In June of 2010, I had found a gift card for Target, with no one's name on it, so I kept it and used it. Then in December of 2010, a cop questioned me about the gift card and then decided to press charges against me for "Theft of property-lost by mistake"- Needless to say, I thought that was the most ridiculous charge I had EVER heard of - and I knew if I didnt hire an attorney, that the court system would try to screw me over like they do to everyone without an attorney. I did some reasearch and decided to go with TheMcshaneFirm because I had heard great results from their firm. I hired Tim Barrouk, and I thought that maybe he would get me just a fine out of the whole thing, and he ended up getting all my charges dismissed at the preliminary hearing. I didnt even have to go back to the courtroom, I just sat in the waiting room, and he came out and told me "we.re good to go".

I have been waiting for over a year now for my divorce. I am never informed of what is going on and never get a monthly or even quarterly bill from them to let me know how much of my money they are taking. It has been a year and I am no further along with this process than if I would have handled it myselt and I could've collected interest on my money instead of them.

Thanks to Tim Barrouk I was saved from jail and losing my license. I plead guilty to a DUI three years ago. This time I did my homework and found the best lawyer around: Tim Barrouk. He was able to get the breath tests thrown out because the machine was faulty. Without the tests, the police didn't really have anything against me and the judge threw out the case.

My son was arrested last year on drug and weapons charges. We hired Tim Barrouk and he did a wonderful job in this case. My son was only 18 at the time and could have been locked away for up to 4 years. Tim worked out a deal with the prosecutor for rehab and probation rather than jail time. Recently my boyfriend and father of my son was charged with homicide. Tim Barrouk represented our case. After five years of trying to figure it out, I decided to file for divorce. Obviously, this is one of the toughest decisions anyone can make but our constant arguing was creating an atmosphere where both of us along with our10 year old daughter were suffering.

My major concern was keeping a strong relationship with my daughter. We had always been very close and she was approaching an age where she would need her father even more. Unfortunately, my ex-wife was pushing to move out of state which would make this impossible.

Unfortunately I am the owner of some bad decisions in my life. Choosing the McShane Firm isn’t one of them.

This was my second DUI case and I was afraid that I was going to lose my license. This time I only had some light drinks but was unlucky and got pulled over.
