About Me

Cara A. Boyanowski concentrates her practice in the field of domestic law and wills and estates. As a domestic law practitioner, she represents clients in simple and complex divorce, support, custody, alimony, step-parent adoptions, and name change matters. Her practice in this field has led her to adjudicate matters before numerous Common Pleas courts in and around the central Pennsylvania region, as well as, the Pennsylvania Superior Court. During her first year of practice, Ms. Boyanowski argued a case of first impression before the Pennsylvania Superior Court requesting the right to sue an estate for child support.

As a wills and estates practitioner, she represents clients in the preparation and drafting of their Last Wills and Testaments, Powers of Attorney, and Living Wills. With estates, she prepares the documents necessary to begin the probate process, as well as, assists Executors throughout the probate and administrative process, from valuing and selling assets, satisfying debts, and preparing Estate Tax Returns.
