    Your ability to get a job will depend on your future employer so unfortunately there is no certainty as to getting hired. If your future lob requires a license then you should inquire with the licensing board that covers your profession to see if your conviction will hinder your ability to get a license.

  • What happens if i am busted for possession of drug paraphernalia?

    I am 17 years old. I was in a park past closing... and it was also past my 11 o clock curfew. I was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia (I had a bowl) but they found no weed. what is going to happen to me?

    Generally speaking when a juvenile has no prior record the disposition is either a consent decree which allows for the expungment of your record to an adjudication which is equal to guilty followed by supervision whose length is determined by the juvenile probation officer.

    Assuming they can prove you guilty, your punishment can run from state prison to an ARD disposition. As this crime is either a Felony 1 or 2 you must get an attorney.

    Have your friend contact his parole officer about his request to move with you and have him give his parole officer your information. His parole officer will take it from there.
