Attorney Hauser was born and raised in Latrobe and is an integral part of the Westmoreland County legal community. After graduating from Latrobe High School in 1997, he subsequently attended Westminster College, where he graduated cum laude in 2001, attaining a Bachelor of Science Degree in the double-majors of Economics and Political Science. In 2004, Attorney Hauser graduated from The Law School at Duquesne University and he is admitted to practice before the Pennsylvania Supreme Court and the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.
Attorney Hauser is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the Westmoreland Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Bar Association House of Delegates, the Western Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association, and the American Inns of Court. In conjunction with these affiliations, Attorney Hauser is currently serving as president of the Young Lawyers Committee of the Westmoreland Bar Association, serves on the Westmoreland Bar Association Planning Committee, serves on the Board of Governors of the Beta Phi Chapter of Phi Kappa Tau fraternity and is a former Chairman of the Board, serves as Chairman of the Explorer's Committee of the Westmoreland Bar Association, and serves on the Board of the Ned J. Nakles Inn of the American Inns of Court. He is also a member of Holy Family Parish in Latrobe. He is also Secretary of the City of Latrobe Parking Authority.
Attorney Hauser practices in matters involving: all aspects of family law: personal injury; wrongful death; automobile accidents; and wills and estates.
In 2009, Attorney Hauser received the award of being named the Outstanding Young Lawyer of the Westmoreland Bar Association. He has also been recognized as a Rising Start by SuperLawyer magazine and Pittsburgh Magazine for four consecutive years (2010, 2011, 2012, and 2013).
