The best way to get to know me is to read my blog, PittsburghLegal Back Talk. It covers legal topics of interest to lawyers and consumers with a Pittsburgh and Western Pennsylvania focus. I started it in July 2008 and have written over 550 articles. It was recently ranked 294 out of 474 law blogs that are tracked by AVVO by traffic.
I have established one unique practice concentration in landlord-tenant law. For over two years I have served on a special arbitration panel created by the Allegheny County Common Pleas Court to provide lawyers with landlord tenant experience to sit on arbitration panels. I have presented a three hour continuing legal education seminar two times last year on landlord- tenant litigation sponsored by Allegheny County Community College. I am scheduled to give it two more times in 2011 -- once in the Spring and again in the Summer.
However, as you can see from Pittsburgh Legal Back Talk, I handle many kinds of litigation, many of which involve real estate law. This includes areas such as real estate disclosure cases, zoning disputes, tax sale appeals, mortgage foreclosures and the defense of mortgage foreclosures, boundary disputes and construction litigation.
