Description:African American employee was fired when employer claimed he was sleeping on the job. At the same time, the employer did not even reprimand a white employee who did the same thing. The employer offered a ton of excuses for why it fired the black guy, but did not even discipline the white guy. We convinced the jury that all those excuses were a pretext.
