I am an associate at the Pittsburgh law firm of Picadio Sneath Miller & Norton, P.C. I focus my practice in the intellectual property and complex civil litigation areas. In particular, I have represented plaintiffs and defendants in dozens of patent infringement lawsuits throughout the country. I also have experience representing clients at trial, having successfully represented plaintiffs in a case with in a multi-million dollar jury verdict, and on appeal, having successfully argued before the Federal Circuit.
I am licensed to practice in the states of Pennsylvania and Illinois, as well as being a registered patent attorney before the US Patent and Trademark Office. I am currently admitted to practice before the following federal courts: US District Courts for the Western District of Pennsylvania, Northern District of Ohio, Northern District of Illinois (trial bar), and Central District of Illinois and the US Courts of Appeals for the Federal, Sixth, and Seventh Circuits.
Before practicing in Pittsburgh, I was an associate in the intellectual property and litigation groups at the Chicago law firm of Wildman, Harrold, Allen & Dixon LLP.
