I have known James Harvey for approximately 9 years. We were colleagues in the staff counsel division of Safeco Insurance Company. During those years I did have an opportunity to review Jim's work as an attorney defending personal injury litigation in both Pennsylvania and West Virginia. He is an excellent communicator both orally and in his legal writing. His work was always done well and in a timely manner. He is creative and very hard working; an exceptional trial attorney. I give James Harvey an unqualified recommendation.
