I worked with Mark for many years, and I can say without any reservation that he is one of the most talented lawyers I have come across in my 20 years of practice. He has a thorough knowledge of the law and an innate ability to make to take it somewhere new.

Our Ohio firm had a client who needed to assume Executor duties for a Pennsylvania relative of his late wife. We were referred to Mr. Coulter by a colleague. He was extraordinarily accommodating in working with our client and the client was very, very pleased with both the quality and of the work and with Mr. Coulter's responsiveness. I am pleased to endorse Mark Coulter.
