Carl T. Hayden

Carl has been a trial lawyer with the Ziff Law Firm since 1971. In 2002, Carl was selected as a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers (FACTL), an honor accorded only to the top 1% of lawyers. He is the only plaintiff's lawyer in Chemung County to have been so recognized. Carl was designated as a "Super Lawyer" in the area of personal injury plaintiff attorneys. This honor was announced in the New York Super Lawyers 2007 Upstate Edition.
