We do all aspects of criminal defense including serious and violent crime, persistent felony offender eligible, DWI, Sex crimes, as well as lesser crimes, Vehicle and traffic matters and appeals.

Child custody is an aspect of divorce, so the actual percentage is higher. We have won a lot of Dad custody cases, as well as for the Moms.

We do all aspects of estate planning including probate litigation.

We do a lot of real estate, so the percentage is not quite correct as it is also a part of divorce and estate matters, this percentage is for independent real estate matters.

We do general business law including contracts, small claims defense, real estate matters and general small business needs.

Most child abuse cases are defended by the Public Defender, we take these cases when ever we are needed, but there is a low need for retained counsel in this practice area.

This is a small area of practice for us. We are always interested in hearing about these cases, but seldom find one that we think is a fit for our firm. We are looking for cases where the liability of the other party is clear, and the only real question is how much they should pay. If you expect to have to some difficulty when you need to prove liability, you are better off with a firm where personal injury is all they do.

This is a new but growing area for us, we got involved through an employee's needs, and we are now VERY interested in making sure that school systems follow a child's IEP and otherwise do what they should.
