Emily forms a judgements without talking to both parties and then acts like she's working more for the party that she likes than the child. she never returned my child's calls would never come to my home to speak the child and supposedly went to the school for meetings. Would make statements in court like, the other party "is a primary caregiver" even though it's impossible for a 6y/o to tell you who their "primary caregiver" is. she broke her attorney client obligation by having conversations with ppl not involved with the case and encouraged them to involve CPS in our case without talking to the child to find out if what these ppl were saying was accurate. She knew my child had anxiety and intentionally caused a scene in court that caused my child to have a panic attack right in front of the judge. She recused herself after I subpoenaed the school's visitor log because I didnt believe she was even meeting with my child at the school. Her recusal proved me right and I would never want her near another court case and I wish I could give her less than one star!
Emily is my sons law gardian. She is one sided towards the mother of my son but she is a solid attorney. Yes she speaks a bit loud and needs to step back just a bit but she is okay. I wish she was fair in a law gardian case but as a hired attorney she is very solid.
