Jon. S. Blechman joined Hinman, Howard & Kattell in 2002 and focuses his practice on criminal law, administrative law and litigation. He successfully handled numerous criminal matters from the early stages of investigation, through arraignment, trial and appeal. His representation includes those accused of white-collar crimes. He also represents various professionals who have legal problems with their professional license.
In addition to his criminal practice, Mr. Blechman serves as a hearing officer for school disciplinary hearings, and as an advocate or hearing officer in public employee disciplinary hearings. He also has been an instructor at Broome Community College’s criminal justice program and a number of continuing legal education programs sponsored by the Broome County or New York State Bar.
Mr. Blechman is a Past President and Board Member of the Handicapped Children’s Association of Southern NY; a past President of Vestal Hills Country Club; and a past Member of Board of Governors of Binghamton Country Club.
